Each package includes the final product and (2) rounds of edits from the first draft.

Print-ready files will be provided in PDF and JPEG formats. If you’d like additional file formats, they’re available upon request at no additional charge.

It all starts with a simple request using the form below. From there, Samantha will call you to begin the consultation process. You’ll be asked to provide the details of your event exactly as you want them to appear on the final document, and for any preferences (colors, themes, fonts, shape and size, material, etc.)

Once she has a solid grasp on what you’re looking for, Samantha will send you some concepts, and you’ll pick the one you like the most. From that point on, (2) rounds of edits are included in the package price. Additional edits are charged.

Once you’re satisfied with the design, you’ll receive them ready to digitally distribute, ready to print, or, we’ll coordinate with the printer and you’ll receive the final printed product.

This is usually a personal preference. Here are some notes to help you decide. You can always adjust the package later on in the process if the need arises.

• Digital Only: Generally, less formal events can be made easy by resorting to digital save the dates, invitations and thank you’s. These are great for bachelorette parties, baby and bridal showers, summer cookouts, birthdays, and more!

• Combination: If your event isn’t too formal and has mixed audience, a mix of invitation types can come in handy. You may opt to email your invitation to co-workers, friends and other acquaintances while mailing physical invitations to close family. This is especially convenient for open houses, housewarmings, and retirements.
  

  With this package you will receive the print-ready file which you can then send to your printer or print from home.

• If you know you’re going to be printing or ordering a printed product anyway, the Prints + Digital package may be the way to go! Once the design is approved, we’ll get it to the printer for you and collaborate with local printers. You’ll receive a call when your finished items are ready.

Invitations are crucial to an event, but that isn’t necessarily all you’ll need for your event. Some other items you may need include:

• Save the Date

• RSVP Card

• Table Cards

• Thank You’s (note cards, post cards)

• Event signage

• Details Card

• Raffle Cards

• Event games (word searches, fill in the blanks, word scrambles and more)

There are so many fun options, too. A save the date magnet can keep it affixed to the ‘fridge, event signage can double is a backdrop or photos, and you can turn a simple “thank you” note into a stunning bookmark that will be used for years to come.

Samantha Dobski is our on-staff graphic designer since early 2024.

She studied graphic communication at Lansing Community College and fine tuned her skills in the past decade creating and overseeing work for the State of Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services, the Capital Area Transportation Authority, and various other local businesses before joining us here at Chuckie D’s BBQ. She continues to offer graphic design and marketing services to local small businesses.

This can be as detailed as you want it to be. Generally a basic social media plan will include a posting timeline along with the content for each post.

Graphics for the posts will be included, modified to the channels you wish to use.

Video content is not included.

The event website will include a landing page, an information page typically used for event details, and a contact page which can be utilized as a RSVP page as well.

The site will be live through your event date, hosted on Samantha’s web hosting server, and is a great touch to add an opportunity for immediate feedback for your event.
